HOW TO GET APPOROVAL

Fill the application available below and send the downloaded copy to us along with the copy of the following documents.

  1. Payment through DD or Online Transfer.
  2. Building agreement (Rental/Own)
  3. Institutional Registration document (Company, Partnership, Proprietary, Private Ltd, Public Ltd, etc.,)
  4. Two Passport size photograph of the owner.
  5. Director’s/Proprietor ID Proof
  6. Payment should be made as Demand Draft in favour of NATIONAL CENTRE FOR VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION Send all the details to Zonal Office Address.

APPROVAL PROCEDURE

  1. On receipt of the above document centre will be inspected by Regional Office.
  2. On receipt of the satisfactory report from Regional Office, MOU will be sent from Head Office to the centre after verifying a payment details.
  3. Centre should sign the MOU and send it either to Regional Office or Head Office.
  4. Centre affiliation certificate will be sent along with the signed MOU by VIMT Head Office.
